Lesley Imgart is an Illustrator based in Edinburgh. Originally from Germany, she came to the UK to study Illustration. Since graduating with an MA in 2019, she has worked on a diverse range of editorial, publishing and commercial commissions. Her comic Witch Way? was the winner of the 2024 Observer/Faber Graphic Short Story Prize. She loves telling stories that connect with people, not just through Illustration: she is currently working in Animation. When not working, she is usually walking up a hill somewhere.
